**Terms and Conditions**
**Terms and Conditions for End of Tenancy, Post-Works, and Pre-Tenancy Cleaning Services**
We kindly ask you to carefully read our terms and conditions. By scheduling a service with Spotless Shine Cleaning, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions. Please note that we may update these terms as needed, and any modifications will be posted on our website.
**Service Details**
Our cleaning services will adhere to our established protocols unless you specify otherwise. If you have specific needs or require additional information, please feel free to reach out to us.
**Pricing Structure**
Our service fees are determined by the number of bedrooms or the overall size of the property, using whichever is greater. Spotless Shine Cleaning reserves the right to modify the final quote if your requirements change or based on a property assessment.
**Property Access**
Clients must ensure that the property has access to electricity and running water during the cleaning. Spotless Shine Cleaning is not liable for delays or incomplete work if these utilities are unavailable.
Clients should ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed-upon time. If keys are provided, they must allow access to all necessary areas for cleaning. Spotless Shine Cleaning will not be responsible for any alarms that may go off during the cleaning process. Clients should provide clear instructions for managing alarm systems if necessary. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
**Payment Policies**
**Accepted Payment Methods:**
- **Bank Transfer:** Payment is required from private clients before the scheduled cleaning date. Payment details, including invoices and instructions, will be sent via email. Failure to make timely payment may result in service cancellation.
- **Cheque:** Cheques must be made payable to Spotless Shine Cleaning Ltd. and cleared prior to the cleaning date for private clients. Corporate clients have the same 30-day payment period.
For corporate and agency clients, payment is expected within 30 days following the completion of services. Spotless Shine Cleaning reserves the right to modify or revoke any payment terms at our discretion.
**Non-Payment:**
Spotless Shine Cleaning retains the right to pursue legal action to recover any unpaid balances. Clients who do not fulfill payment obligations may be reported to relevant financial institutions or listed as debtors in public records. Additional fees may apply for late payments. By scheduling a service, you agree to our payment terms and conditions.
**Cancellations**
Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning service with at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice will apply if less than 48 hours' notice is given. Changes to your appointment can be made via phone or email. Spotless Shine Cleaning reserves the right to decline any job if the property's condition poses a risk to our team's health or safety. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances affecting our cleaning team.
**Insurance**
Spotless Shine Cleaning and its staff are fully covered under Public Liability Insurance. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of the service for us to address it. We retain the right to investigate claims and may choose not to disclose certain internal documents.
**Claims and Refunds**
Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. Spotless Shine Cleaning will investigate your concerns and may offer a re-clean or another suitable solution if necessary. Only one re-clean is allowed per booking. In cases of accidental damage, we will attempt to repair the item. If repair is not feasible, we will offer a credit for the item's current value.
**Liability**
Spotless Shine Cleaning is not responsible for the following:
- Actions taken by third parties or incidents occurring at the client’s property during the cleaning service.
- Loss or damage to high-value items such as cash, jewelry, artwork, or antiques. Clients must secure these items before the cleaning.
- Pre-existing damage or wear, including stains that cannot be completely removed using standard cleaning techniques.
- Issues related to appliances or carpets that require proper maintenance or installation.
- Problems with freezers that were not defrosted prior to our team's arrival.
- Outcomes of end-of-tenancy cleaning when belongings or people are still present.
Furthermore, we are not liable for damage resulting from placing furniture on carpets that have not fully dried. Spotless Shine Cleaning will also not be accountable for damage caused by faulty equipment or cleaning products provided by the client. For non-end-of-tenancy cleaning, we are only responsible for tasks explicitly listed by the client and cannot guarantee the completion of tasks not mentioned.
**Additional Terms**
Spotless Shine Cleaning cannot assure the results of end-of-tenancy cleaning services if construction work is ongoing or if individuals remain on the premises during the cleaning.
